This EB-5 project entails the expansion of a manufacturing facility for plumbing fixtures. The expansion targets a 335,000-square-foot facility, projecting an annual production of 850,000 to 1.1 million units, with half of next year’s output already contracted by Big Box retailers. Advanced technology and robotics are integral to the manufacturing process, which includes porcelain, acrylic, and plastics. American Industrial Brands is one of just two domestic manufacturers in this sector and operates multiple U.S. distribution centers.
