This EB-5 project involves creating a residential mental health and substance use disorder facility operating under ASAM 3.5 level of care for recovery, complemented by a 3.7 level detox facility. The endeavor includes renovating an existing lodge to incorporate group rooms, office space, and enhanced privacy features. Additionally, new construction encompasses a 36-bed residential facility and a 12-bed detox center, with plans to open in January 2024.
